ORDERING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Please ensure that you have selected the correct item, size and quantity, before checking out
  • Sizing charts are available for every apparel on our website. Sizing charts indicates the measurements of the apparel
  • We will not be able to amend your orders once the order has been confirmed, and we will not allow any refund or exchanges if wrong items / sizes were selected
  • Once payment has been verified, orders will be shipped out within 1 working day
  • Please ensure that all required information are provided during the payment process, to avoid any delays in shipping.
  • We accept payment via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Online Bank Payment via Fast and Secure Transfer (FAST), ATM Transfer or PayNow to our DBS account
  • For Online Bank Payment / ATM Transfer / PayNow, you will be required to make payment within 12 hours. Please email us the proof of payment to hello@batique.sg
  • After this stipulated time frame, your order will be cancelled and void, should we not receive your payment
  • For any enquiries, please email us at hello@batique.sg and we will reply you within 1-2 working days

APPAREL CARE

  • Please do take note that there is a tolerance of +/- 1 to 1.5 inches for all our apparels

 

LAUNDRY CARE

  • When washing items for the first time, it is highly recommended to separate from other laundries. This is to prevent any running of colours onto other apparels
  • Apparels with Batik prints should be washed individually and separately
  • Do not spin dry items, to avoid any shrinkage or damage

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Our online working days will be from Monday to Friday (office hours)
  • Should your products arrive beyond the stipulated number of days, please email us at hello@batique.sg, and we will assist by lodging an enquiry with shipping partners
